Theme Cruises Many cruises have a theme to them, with special guest speakers and activities on board. The theme does not prevent you from going on the cruise if you are not interested in the theme, and it will not get in your way either - the theme party will only take up one of the function rooms at any one time.
As well as guest speakers, the theme cruises will build into their itinery stopping off points which fit the theme - eg a wine cruise will stop nearby some vineyards and organise tours of the wineries; Golf cruises will stop at some world class golf courses where you can get a round of golf in.
