Overview: Longer ship than most of the fleet, and has an atrium that spans through eight decks, with a stunning 37 foot high reproduction of Raphael's Nymph Galatea.. The interior is artistic throughout, with reproductions of Renaissance masters. This ship gives a very American flavour, with lots of lively activity.

Suitable for: Younger couples and singles, families with young children and teenagers. People who like lots of entertainment and nightlife. There are very good childrens facilities on board. Would appeal to people who like contemporary upbeat surroundings.

Cuisine.  Single large dining room, seating 1,300 on two levels. The menus are not exceptional, presentation is simple, and meal size is plentiful. There is also a decent wine list. There is also Davids Golden Fleece Supper Club, with just 156 seats, at an extra cost. There are also the Mermaids Grill for casual eating, and a Piazza Cafe.

Spa facilities: The Nautica spa spanning two decks is operated by Steiner. It is a good quality spa, with plenty of treatments available.

Entertainment:  The Taj Mahal showlounge, which has three tiers, is the main venue for shows and cabaret. Most cruises will get a Las Vegas style revue. There are also plenty of other lounges and bars with live music in the evenings.
