Overview: Bright interior with lots of neon
lighting and vivid colours. The theme is the arts and
literature, and includes an avant-guarde rendition of
the Mona Lisa, in Pablo's lounge. The ship has a $1
million art collection in the public areas.
Suitable for: Younger couples and singles, families with young
children and teenagers. People who like lots of entertainment and
nightlife. There are very good childrens facilities on board. Would
appeal to people who like contemporary upbeat surroundings.
Cuisine. Two dining rooms, which can be rather noisy
when full. The menus are not exceptional, presentation is simple, and
meal size is plentiful. There is also a decent wine list. There is also
the Lido cafe, which serves self service meals. At night
this cafe becomes the Seaview Bistro, serving
alternative meals to the main dining rooms.
Spa facilities: The Nautica spa spanning two decks is operated
by Steiner. It is a good quality spa, with plenty of treatments
available.
Entertainment: The Paris showlounge is the main
venue for shows and cabaret. It does have20 pillars that obstruct the
view for some seats. Most cruises will get a Las Vegas style revue.
There are also plenty of other lounges and bars with live music in the
evenings.
